All the rest of it is crap.

Say what you will and harbor whatever doubts you like about "who performs the test," but any idiot that doesn't have the sense to take a comparison test performed by the manufacturer with a grain of salt deserves whatever consequences come his way.

Personally, I'd love to see the test results, regardless of who performs them. I'd rather see an "apples to apples" test performed by Ash than the status quo (read: NOTHING at all). Any empirical data is better than none.

So, until the results are posted, everyone would do well to remember that opinions are like assholes: we all have them, they all stink, and nobody else wants to hear about them.
